It's hard to believe Kyiv can hold out for too long unfortunately. If it keeps looking like a shitshow for the Russians and they are getting bogged down beyond what old Vlad accepts, I don't doubt he will give the order to take the gloves off and go hard even against the civilians. Any pretext of fighting the armed forces only will be out the window. Which is also when the unrestrained bombing campaign will begin. Cities will become rubble. Putin will not have a single fuck to give and blame the west.

There is purposefully no shock and awe Russian destruction of Ukraine because Putin will need the infrastructure to remain in place to exert control over it. The military offensive will end in a matter of weeks and it will be completely successful.

Gee, this sounds eerily familiar. Reminds me of the exact same rederick from around, oh 1980, from the same Russian apologists and look how that turned out. Not saying Russia will not take over Ukraine, however if they do, they will be fighting a non-stop insurgency until they finally leave due to attrition. The Ukrainians are not folding, they are fighting back. You think that will stop once Russia seizes power? 

I truly find it unfortunate that you for some reason seem to embrace dictatorial strongmen. My experience shows me that people such as yourself who do are compensating for a lack of power within their own lives, or rather perceived power. On the one hand you claim mask mandates are fascist and in violation of freedom, yet on the other hand you have absolutely no problem with a dictator like Putin murdering thousands of innocent civilians. What about their freedom? What about their freedom to live? Who exactly made you arbiter of who is entitled to freedom and who is not.

Just curious, are the AP, and Reuters lame media? What I’m reading and watching shows that Russia is clumsy in their attack, running out gas on highways, getting troops taken hostage, and have lost a tremendous amount of tanks, Helicopters, armored vehicles, several Jets, and a couple of paratrooper planes. No one is saying that they don’t have a greater amount weapons, and more sophisticated weaponry. But they are not well trained, and they are not in there kicking butt. Now the strongman is threatening to use Nuclear weapons against the US. How any American could speak well of, or agree with anything this psycho says is beyond me. I read a recent study that over 60% of Republicans trust him more that the current President. Regardless of what side of the isle someone sits on, to trust that little Russian Retard is insane. 
 

On another note agreeing with BobDobbs, they are going to continue to face fierce resistance. Whoever thought they would be taking over in a matter of days is mistaken. Certainly Putin could get crazy and chuck up a Nuclear Bomb. But I hope all of us realize that would be game over for life as we know it. 
 

When did any American start trusting, or looking upon Putin favorably. He is insanely dangerous, and not very complicated. His revisionist history on Ukrainian Russian history is also laughable. Except it isn’t a laughing matter because he is in a sovereign country killing innocent people under a completely false narrative.

According to the AP:

Day 4 and Russians have failed to capture any major city in Ukraine. The war is not going as expected.

In Kharkiv, Russian troops were reported entering the city last night and blew up a gas pipeline causing major fire and smoke, but Kyiv Independent reporter Illia Ponomorenko reported one hour ago, "All Russian units in Kharkiv eliminated. Ukrainian military and home guard units have full control." The regional governor confirmed this in a statement to Reuters.

In Kyiv, after a night of attacks, morning broke and Russian forces have yet to advance upon the city, where residents have taken up armed resistance. Irpin, the city northwest of Kyiv, reportedly has been taken back by Ukranians two hours ago.

The fog of war makes any reporting by nature unconfirmed. But it would be clear, I believe, if these cities had fallen.

Speaking of trust, when Trump withheld millions of dollars in military spending from the Ukrainian President and people in his “perfect call” so he could dig up dirt on a political opponent.We can go back and forth all day. Comparing Russian military operations in Afghanistan in the 1970s to those underway in Ukraine now is an apples to oranges comparison. Please spare me the community college level psychoanalysis of my character which reads a lot like projection. My views on the invasion of Ukraine are not influenced by any personal affinity for Putin, rather an understanding that for all of his faults he's arguably the last remaining obstacle to the globalist's Great Reset.

It was the Obama administration that persuaded Ukraine to give up their nuclear arsenal and orchestrated a coup eight years ago to install a puppet government. Then the Biden's exploited Ukraine for their own personal gain. The chickens have simply come home to roost, just as they did in the Arab World following their failed Arab Spring. War is hell and fortunately this one will be wrapped up in a matter of weeks.

It's simply an understanding and acceptance that this invasion is the direct consequence of the Obama administration enticing Ukraine to give up their nuclear arsenal and then orchestrating a coup eight years ago.
