What Are You Doing Today?

The first Autumn storm has hit the Peaks. Dark, wet and windy. So today I am testing an old pair of Tannoy M20 speakers, which was brought into the charity shop which Mrs CP now manages. Tested them with Misty in Roots - Wise and Foolish and then Deep Purple Made in Japan both on Vinyl. Ok for £20 but nowhere as good as my Monitor Audio Bronze. Maybe I'll try and bi wire them see if that helps.

Cleaning the house after that and doing some paperwork

Last night 90 minute bicycle ride. Tonight took my old Chocolate Lab out for his nightly 1 hour power walk, my dog is a true rock star, loves the attention. And after the Mrs and kids dragged me to 1 hour of Muay Thai (I'm doing 3 times a week now...), getting myself in good shape for ski season, being in my 40's is rough

What am I doing?

Well....I am doing the same thing that I did for five days in a row now:

Painting some happy little pictures.

"Röntgen-Ziege" (This painting is now en route to South America to a fellow forum member)

"Nightmare"

"The Crimson King"

American Cinematheque's 9th Annual Dusk-to-Dawn Horrorthon! :)

Can't believe it's been a year already. #9...and the 8th year of taking the godson along. He was 12 when I first started taking him and it has become our yearly Halloween ritual.
