Correct. He didn’t have the triple neck for the first leg of the tour.

Unfortunately, we don’t know! We got possession of the negatives. There are 219 pictures in the set (posted at a local Hotel).

It’s worth clarifying that not all photos in the set are from the show. Lots of pre show stuff of the crowd and photographer/his friends. Really cool stuff.
