Miso soup, white fish and mackeral sushi, eel roll, salmon sahimi in a vinaigrette with wasabi root red onions and cucumber salad. Washed down with an Ichiban 22 and hot sake. Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, polenta, then pecan pie for dessert. Some lovely wine and mulled cider with the pie.
