danelectro
Steamed broccoli topped with fat free blue cheese dressing, brown rice, one boneless pork rib cooked in the crock pot with salsa, romaine lettuce with fat free Dorothy Lynch dressing. That was last nights dinner, haven't eaten yet today. Since I bring lunch I suppose I'll disclose that too. Butter lettuce, chopped tomato, chopped ham, fat free Dorothy Lynch dressing. Footsteps of Dawn
I just had half of a really weird sandwich that my mom brought home. I'm not exactly sure what it was...it was either pork or chicken, and it had like sauerkraut and spinach on it. Sounds weird, looked weird, but it actually tasted pretty good, whatever it was. And some thankfully identifiable (and rather tasty) potato salad. danelectro - I love Dorothy Lynch salad dressing! I never see it around here, but my cousin from Nebraska sends us a bottle every year for Christmas, lol.

Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, green beans and rolls We normally don't eat that stuff but it is really good once in a while. PennyLane
I am baking walleye in olive oil and seasoned salt (from BVI) served with sauted spinach, garlic and lemon. Found a good wine from Portugal, Gazela Vinho Verde - light and bubbly. Interesting taste of wine. This wine goes well with fish.
