Just finished When Giants Walked the Earth, and I've never been really freaked out by Jimmy's occult workings before, it's always added to the awesome mystery that is the band Led Zeppelin, but for some reason when this book talked about his occult stuff, it kind of freaked me out. Hubby bought me another for Mothers Day. He bought the Rough Guide to LZ not realizing he had already bought it for me. It went back and I got Led Zeppelin Reavealed/Jason Draper. What a great book! I really enjoyed reading all of the interviews and learned a lot. I have to say that my favorite is "Led Zeppelin: Shadows Taller Than Our Souls". I have two: I used to own a first printing of Hammer of the Gods but made the mistake of lending it out to someone who never returned it. LZ Illustrated Biography (lots of great pictures). 11. Mags to numerous to list I found out about Jimmy's photo autobiography too late - SOLD OUT. Only 350 printed. 750 pounds sterling but worth every penny in my humble opinion. Check out I think I better get Dazed and Confused, that looks interesting.
