Yep, Voight is a superb actor.  Love that show.

I am 3 episodes away from beginning season 6 (like I said, which I haven't seen before).  I have a feeling that before the show is over, there will be a couple of major deaths.  Maybe even Ray or Mickey.  If you have seen the whole series, please don't spoil anything.  I will repost when I am finished with the show.  Thanks.

I was a big fan of that show.  What Showtime did I have no idea why they did it?  After one episode of the new season, they CANCELED THE DAMNN SHOW AND SCREWED THE VIEWERS.   I mean, its just incredible.  The kid was shot dead that Job Voight was supposed to be with at the restaurant, he simply walked by and got out of dodge when he saw the guy had been killed.  This was way before Covid came along.  So Covid had nothing to do with the end.  There were various petitions to get the show back, and Jon Voight and Liev Shreiber were both pissed about it. I just do not know why it ended but they sure left the story hanging.

You will not finish the entire show because Showtime pulled the plug right after the first episode of the new season.  Total bullshit. No explanation.  Petitions filed.  Jon Voight and Liev Shrieber not happy about it and the fans are just screaming

Many fans ended their Showtime subscription including me. I had also watched City on the Hill with Kevin Bacon and Covid no doubt ended that one. And the one about the Escape from Danemorra back in 2015 in upstate NY was good. True story of course.

The best show in recent times was THE AFFAIR.  But when Ruth Wilson left, for reasons that were kept quiet, it went South fast.  Ruth must have been paid off to keep quiet?  The British hottie was on interviews and said she could not say why she had left.

Now watching the Blues Brothers (again).

At Bob's Country Bunker when Jake asked for the Blues Brothers $200, Bob says "and you boys drank $300 worth of beer".

"Were those guys from the Union, Union what the Hell Union, those boys skipped out of here owing me a lot of money for beer".

That, to Me, is funny as Fuck.

The Mount Rushmore of Christmas TV Specials. These are the four nonpareil must-see Christmas television classics that have endured for decades. My Christmas is never complete until I watch all four.

2. "A Charlie Brown Christmas". First broadcast Thursday December 9, 1965 on CBS.
3. "Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas!". First broadcast Sunday December 18, 1966 on CBS.
4. "The Year Without a Santa Claus". First broadcast Tuesday December 10, 1974 on ABC.
Great voice casts. Great music and songs. Burl Ives. Boris Karloff. June Foray. Shirley Booth. Mickey Rooney. Dick Shawn. "Silver and Gold". "We're a Couple of Misfits". "Holly Jolly Christmas". "Christmas Time is Here". "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch". "The Snow Miser Song". "The Heat Miser Song". "Blue Christmas".

I cancelled my cable. Fuckin' thieves.

We did as well.  Except for the UFC and a few PBC matches, can't say I really miss it. Stream a few odds n ends; Prime, etc.,.

Getting ready to watch evil Professor Pericles perch n poop. Should have never cancelled that one.
