Let's face it - when a band as big and as monumental in it's historical perspective as LZ releases their own Vans shoes and Hot Wheels cars it makes everything we adored about them seem like a trivial soap opera comedy.

Hot Wheels? Vans? Coffee mugs? Key chains? Condoms?

This ain't the Led Zeppelin that I grew up so wide eyed with. This is a marketing sham of a band that lost control of their voice and vision in 1980.

Exactly as well as a Sirius XM channel dedicated to the launch of tangible / physical (limited edition vinyl / CDs ) as well as digital live albums that were promised over a year ago.

Looks like I’m getting part of my wish.

The red and black flag has been a symbol of general communist movements, though generally used by anarcho-communists. The flag was used as the symbol of the anarcho-syndicalists during the Spanish Civil War. The black represents anarchism and the red represents leftist and socialist ideals. Over time, the flag spilled into statist leftist movements.

Scary stuff, Steve. Looks like subliminal stuff used for a while. Take the Zeppelin Mothership cover for instance (which had the same look as those political posters from a few years back). Anyway, looking forward to the Led Zeppelin Sirius XM channel re-launching soon. Hope they play something rare / unheard / uncommon.

Steve, Jimmy must be the world's least likely communist.

Today in the UK the Daily Star has a (front page!) story about how the Tower House is haunted by friendly ghosts. Close inspection reveals that this is a recycling of Scarlett Sabet saying she was "convinced the house is haunted" but the ghosts "are friendly".

The (obviously furiously well researched) story also claims that there are no TVs in the Tower House and it has to be kept quite cold to avoid damaging the paintings on the ceiling. Quality journalism at its best I think you'll all agree.

Are those yours Reid’s?  Very cool and nice 😎!

Yes. Thank you. I received these (Buttons, poster flats, coasters, bags, turntable covers, posters, etc) when I bought the Deluxe Led Zeppelin reissues, HTWWW & TSRTS blu ray audio from a local record store over the past few years along with going to various RP, P&P, JPJ & JBLZE (Experience & Evening) concerts. I’ve got a few more poster flats of each LZ reissue release along with promo posters from the 80s - 90s of JP Outrider, P&P (NQ, WIC), JP & The Black Crowes, RP Raising Sand, Large window sized Carry Fire foam core board as well as various counter displays for LZ 50, Celebration Day & BBC promo posters/ flats.
