Wolfman Posted January 27, 2019 Posted January 27, 2019 Without releasing any new live material, I have to the 50th Anniversary has been a bust. I was really hoping for the rumored How The East Was Won release. Still waiting for the obligatory "I am going to tour in 2019" from Jimmy still. 😏 Quote

SteveAJones Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 I just realized there's a brick wall for the background of all three photos used to promote Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin. I'm sure there is no deep meaning to it, such as "they've hit a brick wall" -- probably an aesthetic touch that establishes a theme between the three. Quote
LurksReturnington Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 So far the 50th seems to be about bootlegs on youtube, which are arriving at a steady pace, and stuff I havent heard. "How the East was won" was posted recently. Just lately I've been listening to this.. Awesome and yet still hit or miss.. Quote
Realperson Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 Just saw this on YT...I don’t know if this interview was published anywhere else...it’s about the first album only Quote

mysticman560 Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 (edited) This is turning out to be an underwhelming and somewhat peculiar celebration, first snowboards, and now - sneakers. How about some NEW and unreleased music to mark the occasion instead! Edited February 14, 2019 by mysticman560 Quote
LordStanley Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 The sneakers are interesting but pretty cheesy at the same time. Are hardcore Led Zeppelin fans really the target audience for Hot Topic merch? Maybe but I have my doubts. Quote
SymphonyX Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 Kinda digging the sneakers, it's not too bad. What would be really cool is finding a Rolling Stones Tongue sneakers and just Miss-match the pairs with Stones n' Zep and would stand out much better 😀 Quote
Moby_Dick_Ale Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 On sale Friday 22nd... https://www.star1015fm.com/trampled-under-footwear-led-zeppelin-teams-up-with-vans-to-launch-new-shoe-and-apparel-line/ Quote
rm2551 Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 I like the bigger shoes, they'd go ok on my bike I'm thinking.... Almost definitely going to get them. Maybe the sneakers too. But if they are priced to gouge, forget it. Quote

I'm way too old now to wear these sort of things, I doubt I would have worn them when I was younger anyway, not my kind of thing at all. Quote
